Terms, Refund & Cancellation Policy

These Terms, Refund & Cancellation Policy govern the use of services provided by Pandobiz Commerce LLP through the Pandobiz Vendor Digital Program.
By purchasing our services, submitting a project request, or making a payment, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services Covered
Pandobiz may provide:
- Business Website Development
- Website Hosting & Maintenance
- SEO Setup
- Google Business Profile Setup
- Company Profile Design
- Lead Generation Setup
- Digital Marketing Services
- Custom Web Development
2. Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment is required before project commencement.
- Remaining 50% payment is due before website launch.
- Monthly maintenance plans must be paid in advance.
- Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
3. Delivery Timeline
Standard website projects are generally delivered within 5–15 working days after receiving:
- Advance payment
- Complete content
- Images and logos
- Required project information
Project timelines may vary depending on project complexity and client response times.
4. Revision Policy
Each website package includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.
Additional revisions or major design changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
5. 30-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy under the following conditions:
Eligible Refund Requests
A client may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of payment if:
- Project work has not started.
- No website design or development work has been delivered.
- No custom assets have been created.
- No domain, hosting, premium themes, plugins, or third-party services have been purchased specifically for the project.
Partial Refunds
If project work has already commenced, refunds may be processed after deducting:
- Work completed
- Design hours utilized
- Content creation work
- Third-party purchases
- Hosting or domain registration fees
- Administrative costs
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable once delivered or activated:
- Domain registrations
- Hosting plans
- SSL certificates
- Premium themes
- Premium plugins
- Custom development work
- Completed design work
- Digital marketing services already performed
- SEO services already delivered
- Third-party software purchases
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their project by submitting a written request.
If cancellation occurs:
Before Work Begins
Eligible for refund under the refund policy.
After Work Begins
Charges will apply for all completed work, resources used, and third-party expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
7. Maintenance Plan Cancellation
Monthly maintenance plans may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle after service commencement.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide:
- Accurate business information
- Logos and branding materials
- Product information
- Images and content
- Timely approvals and feedback
Pandobiz shall not be responsible for delays caused by missing information or delayed approvals.
9. Website Ownership
Upon full payment:
- Website content belongs to the client.
- Website files may be transferred to the client upon request.
- Third-party licenses remain subject to their respective license agreements.
Pandobiz reserves the right to retain ownership of work until all outstanding payments are cleared.
10. Limitation of Liability
Pandobiz shall not be liable for:
- Business losses
- Lost profits
- Missed opportunities
- Search engine ranking fluctuations
- Hosting outages
- Third-party service interruptions
- Cyberattacks beyond reasonable control
11. Portfolio Rights
Pandobiz may display completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, presentations, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Changes to Terms
Pandobiz reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website.
